Payroll Services

This means we are responsible for all administrative and financial aspects of the worker’s employment, even though the worker performs their duties at the client company’s site.

What does it mean for the recruitment firm to be the Employer of Record (EOR)?

It means the contract worker is formally our employee, not yours. We take on the legal and administrative responsibility for all employment-related matters, while the worker reports to you for their daily tasks.

We assume liability for all payroll processing, tax compliance, benefits administration, Workers’ Compensation, Unemployment Insurance, and adherence to local labor laws related to employment.
You are charged an all-inclusive hourly bill rate for the hours the contractor works. This rate includes the contractor’s gross pay, statutory costs (taxes, insurance), and our administrative fee.
Yes. As their EOR, we provide mandatory coverage, including Workers’ Compensation (for job-related injuries) and Unemployment Insurance. We also manage the administration of health and other benefits offered to our employees.
